We work with winemakers who are obsessed with making the best wine they can. With a focus on quality over quantity, they take care of the soil their wines grow in, avoiding nasty pesticides and herbicides. They also use natural yeast rather than a lab produced one. You may not see organic labels on the bottles, but that's only because they are small and that certification is expensive.
We support small businesses who are grafting to make the best wine they can. They aren't funded by rich backers or, celebrities, so don't have massive advertising budgets. We support small businesses who are grafting to make the best wine they can. They aren't funded by rich backers or, celebrities, so don't have massive advertising budgets. Para Dewa's role is to tell their stories and bring their wines to the UK. Well over half of our portfolio comes from female founded businesses, and by making spending decisions with intent, you invest in diversity, sustainability, and authenticity when you buy a wine from Para Dewa.
You'll notice we don't use branded boxes and our packaging isn't consistent order-to-order. We re-use the packaging the wines arrived in, and use recyclable tape, making it easier for you to reuse or recycle the boxes. You may notice me picking up the tasting mats at the end of an event. If they are spotless they will be used again, and if there are some drips, our kids draw on the other side.
Community is what it's all about for Para Dewa . We love getting people together, talking about great wine and the stories behind them. We want to be a valued member of our community - whether it's at art exhibitions, school fairs, or sports events. Reach out and see how we can help your community come together over a glass of wine.
