Figuring Out Your Wine Profile
Our tasting events are designed around helping you figure out your wine profile. If you are happy for us to collect your tasting notes, we will then put them into our data base and use several years of experience enhanced by technology to help you identify what specifically you like about a wine, and other wines you may enjoy.
We can also offer a bespoke basis, in a setting of your choosing. We will sample several wines together, and our wine specialist will provide you with your preferences and a recommendation of further wines to try.
Private Wine Tasting Experience
Retail: If you want to have a party with a slight twist, we're happy to build a private tasting event for you, based around the occasion, your preferences, and your budget. We can do this as a wine tasting event, or pair with food that you will be providing.
Corporate: We can do wine tasting for team building events, with non-alcoholic choices as well. Para Dewa is focused on sourcing wines from small wine producers, several of whom are female. For a corporate event that supports small, female-led businesses, contact us.
Choosing Wines
Whether you want help choosing wines for a dinner party, a restock of your wine cabinet that suits your preferences, or stocking a full wine cellar, we can support you.
We'll listen to you, and using our learnings from your tasting notes, help you choose and organise your wines in a way that makes it easy to select a wine based on the occasion, your mood, or the food you're planning to have it with.
