My Story
I have been obsessed with wine for several years, and obtained my Level 3 Award in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2017.
My goals with Para Dewa are two-fold:
- Make wine more fun and accessible to by removing the jargon and snobbishness - so that people can drink what they love
- Bring great wines made by small producers to the UK market
I hold a personal alcohol license, issued by Richmond Council
I have loved wine and the stories behind it for many years, and this love really grew limbs (vines?) on a wine holiday we took in the Tokai region of Hungary. We met wine producers that made small batches of amazing wine on shoestring budgets. The work was very physically demanding, but at the end of the day we could sit down and try their wines with them.
