TR Edes 2021

TR (short for 'Tállya Radicals') is a small, certified-organic collective reviving Tokaj's traditional styles with a modern touch. Édes is a gently sweet, late-harvest Furmint (with a splash of Hárslevelű) – fresh apricot, passion fruit and lychee with bright acidity, so it's genuinely food-friendly rather than dessert-only. Try it with roasted vegetables, poultry or Asian-spiced dishes.
