Pelle's flagship dry Furmint comes from Szent Tamás, a Mád grand cru with vines over 60 years old. Concentrated and full-bodied for the style, it expresses the site's volcanic minerality alongside tropical fruit and subtle barrel-ageing notes, with low residual sugar balanced by firm acidity. A serious dry Tokaji with real ageing potential.
