This vintage of Pelle's single-vineyard Szent Tamás Furmint shows a natural, complex minerality with a light seasoning of barrel age from time in well-worn Hungarian oak. Pale hay in colour, with a clean, precise palate. Lovely with light soups, fish or poultry.
