Pelle Borange 2023

Pelle's Borange is a skin-contact 'orange wine' made from Hárslevelű, cold-soaked on its skins before fermentation and aged in French oak. Expect white flowers, honey and linden leaf on the nose with a wide, structured palate and a pale copper hue. An adventurous, fun pour for tastings – try it with barbecued vegetables, lamb or salmon.
