Erzsebet Zafir Dulo Tokaj Premier Cru 2022

From Erzsébet Pince's Zafír vineyard, planted on volcanic dacite sand near Tarcal, this dry Furmint (with a touch of Hárslevelű) shows pear, toast and delicate honeyed florals with a long, crisp finish. Fermented in steel and aged in a mix of old and new Hungarian oak. Pairs beautifully with steamed fish, roast chicken or creamy pasta.
