From Erzsébet Pince, a pioneering family winery run from a 17th-century cellar once used to store wine for the Russian Tsarina, this 6 Puttonyos Aszú is Tokaj's legendary botrytis-affected dessert wine at its most opulent. Deep gold in colour, with layers of dried apricot, orange marmalade, honey and saffron balanced by Tokaj's signature high acidity. Serve with blue cheese, foie gras or simply on its own.
