Dr. Heger is one of Baden's benchmark Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder) producers, farming volcanic Kaiserstuhl slopes around Ihringen. This bottling shows the estate's typically fragrant, elegant style – ripe red berries, baking spice and a silky, well-structured palate. Pair with roast duck, venison or mushroom risotto.
