Bolyki Egri Bikaver 2021

Bolyki's Egri Bikavér ('Bull's Blood') blends six varieties including Kékfrankos, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered. Expect a spicy nose of dark stewed fruit and chocolate, with a rich, chewy palate of black pepper, dark cherry and blackcurrant. A great match for pizza, tomato-based pasta or mushroom and chicken stews.
